Exploring the World

Beyond education and the performing arts, Sabitha Rahim is deeply drawn to exploration and adventure. Travel, for her, is not simply about visiting places but about experiencing cultures, landscapes, and moments that expand one’s understanding of the world. Over the years, she has pursued a variety of adventure experiences that reflect her curiosity and sense of discovery. These include tandem skydiving, hot air ballooning, cave exploration, abseiling, white-water adventures, and shark cage diving, along with her favorite water sport — jet skiing.

Her travels have taken her across striking natural landscapes, from the dramatic desert formations of AlUla to the turquoise waters of the Maldives and the historic coastlines of Greece. Along the way, she has also explored unique wildlife experiences, including encounters with rare species such as the white tiger in South Africa’s Lion Park. Through travel, adventure, photography, and videography, Sabitha continues to document moments that capture the beauty and diversity of the world.

For her, exploration — whether through research, theatre, teaching, or travel — is part of the same lifelong journey: to remain curious, to keep learning, and to embrace the richness of human experience.
